Well, I really like how your layouts are set up my only suggestion would be adding a little more color. Make the entire background one color, the box a pattern or something, and then the content areas another color...just to spice it up a bit.
And for the links,
I personally like it when the links are exactly the same on hover, only a different color. If they change size or font, sometimes it makes them hard to click depending on where they are.

I love your site and so its pretty cool.
I'm working on fixing the link thing its just I change the background image on my personal profile alot so i usually mess with it just for me. So thats why it doesn't match... Any suggestions or helpful criticisms that might make them better?
